Who is eligible to borrow?

Eligibility Criteria

  • Canadian citizen, residing in Quebec
  • 18 ans ou plus
  • A Canadian bank account that has been active for at least 3 months, with direct deposits from your employer
  • Stable employment for at least 3 months and an income of at least $1,200 per month, paid by direct deposit
  • Few or no non-sufficient funds (NSF) payments
  • No pending bankruptcy or consumer proposal
  • Low short-term debt

Ineligible Income

The following sources of income do not qualify for an online loan:

  • Independent Work
  • Child Tax Credit
  • Retirement Savings and Private Pensions
  • Student Loans
  • Social Assistance
  • Disability Income and Other Insurance Benefits

How long will it take for me to receive my money?

In most cases, as soon as your application is approved, we’ll transfer your funds directly to your bank account within 24 business hours—or instantly via express deposit, for a $12 fee.

What documents are required for an application?

The only document required is instant bank verification (VBI, via Flinks).

How much can I borrow for my first loan?

First-time borrowers are eligible for a $500 loan. Once you've established a credit history, you can request a larger amount, up to $1,000.
